Gas water seals are commonly used in power, petroleum, chemical and other places. It can effectively isolate the gas from the outside world, and when the water vapor in the gas is too large or overpressure, it plays a role of drainage and decompression. This device that isolates gas from the outside world mainly balances pressure by the height of the water level inside. Icing can occur when the ambient temperature is low. Wrap the heating tape around the outer wall of the gas water seal, so that the outer wall of the water seal and the heating tape are kept flat and flat, and then stick the aluminum foil tape along the belt (as shown below). The outer layer is supplemented with insulation cotton and protection, so that cold winters can no longer be affected by freezing. Set the temperature of the electric heating cable within the working temperature range. If precise temperature control is not required and a temperature control device is not required, it is recommended to use a self-controlling electric heating cable. Through this antifreeze and heat insulation method, the water in the gas water seal can always be kept within the working requirements. It ensures that the excess water vapor in the gas is discharged in time, and the pressure can be reduced in time when the air pressure in the pipeline equipment is too high, which will not affect the normal production in winter again.
